Marine Gelcoat Micro Cut & Finish

Gelcoat Micro Cut & Finish is a finishing machine polish designed to refine slightly weathered and matted gelcoat and boat paint. It removes polishing haze, holograms, and fine scratches while producing a brilliant, high-gloss finish. Its specialized abrasive particles make it particularly effective on dark and sensitive colors, helping restore clarity and depth even under strong lighting.

The formula combines a high level of gloss with easy application and excellent yield. Carnauba wax provides a simultaneous sealing effect, leaving the surface smooth, glossy, and protected against everyday environmental exposure for 6–8 weeks. No separate sealing step is necessary after polishing.

Where to use: Slightly weathered and matted gelcoat and boat paint, including dark and sensitive colors. Ideal for removing polishing haze, holograms, and fine scratches while enhancing gloss and protection.

How to use: Gelcoat Micro Cut & Finish can be applied with an eccentric polishing machine. Apply 5 pea-sized drops to a suitable polishing pad, such as the Micro Cut Pad hard. Spread the product evenly over the surface at low speed using a crosswise motion, then polish at the highest speed setting.

Shake well before use. Check material compatibility before use. Do not use on hot surfaces. Protect from frost and excessive heat. Do not use on unpainted plastics or rubber.
