Justin Dean

Justin Dean was raised in Chatsworth, Georgia, at the base of the scenic North Georgia Mountains. After graduating from Murray County High School, he continued his education at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. During college, he began his career with FedEx Express, where he would go on to hold a variety of key roles over an 18-year tenure. His positions included Handler, Courier, Ramp Agent, Customer Service Agent, and ultimately, Operations Manager.

Justin’s leadership journey at FedEx took him across multiple states—including Georgia, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana—where he managed teams and operations in several high-performing locations.

In 2020, Justin founded Mountain Town Detail in Bozeman, Montana, marking the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey in the automotive detailing industry. That same year, he was selected as a “Grambassador” for The Rag Company, gaining deeper involvement in the professional detailing community. His passion and dedication were quickly recognized, and in 2021, he was honored as Grambassador of the Year.

In 2022, Justin made the decision to leave FedEx and sell his detailing business to join the team at Koch-Chemie USA, aligning his career with his growing expertise and passion for the detailing industry.

He currently resides in Jasper, Georgia, with his wife Samantha and their two children, Archer and Ireland. Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling, Disney vacations, overlanding, off-roading, fishing, golfing, and managing multiple influencer platforms. He is also an active member of the International Detailing Association (IDA).
