Ian Oblen

For Ian, the passion for cars and business has always gone hand in hand. From a young age, he was drawn to the world of automobiles and entrepreneurship—so it was no surprise when he launched his own detailing business while still in high school. That early experience laid the foundation for his future in the industry and sparked a lifelong love for vehicle care.

Before diving into detailing, Ian worked as a used car porter and lifeguard, but it was during college that his career trajectory began to take shape. While studying Financial Planning at the University of Georgia, he started working with Andrew, now the CEO of Koch-Chemie USA. After graduating in 2024, Ian officially joined the Koch-Chemie team as a Sales Representative, bringing both his detailing knowledge and business mindset to the role.

Originally from Alpharetta, Georgia, Ian now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. He’s always looking to grow—whether it’s through fitness, travel, market research, or connecting with fellow car care enthusiasts. When he’s not working, you’ll find him working out, exploring new places, diving into the stock market, or spending time with friends.

Ian’s driven personality and focus have earned him recognition throughout his journey—from top sales honors with Vector Marketing to a letter of recommendation from the UGA Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. He also volunteered with the North Metro Miracle League and was a proud Boy Scout growing up.

With a unique blend of industry experience and business acumen, Ian is passionate about helping others succeed in the detailing world—whether it's through top-tier products or real-world support.
